GENERAL SCHOOL INFORMATION:

Welcome all to Oakhurst Learning Center. Thank you for choosing us to be with your children.
If you have any questions concerning your account please see the front desk.

Please hold your child’s hand while walking in the halls & out front in the parking lot.

We have installed a hand sanitizer for you on our outer front wall. Please feel free to use it on yourself coming and going. The children still need to wash their hands when they come in.

You may ask your child’s teacher for the appropriate dance outfits for their age group.

Computer Tots sign up information will be coming home soon for the 3 year olds who want to add this to their program.

Your child will be doing monthly fire drills and occasionally lock down or tornado drills. If you have any questions about this please ask Mrs. Hall.

During open houses; we should have enough space for you to park in the front of the school or in the teacher’s lot. Please do not drive over the Church grass yard. You need to enter and exit our front driveway. Throughout the year when we have events you may always park in the church lot and walk over. They are very nice about this.

Remember to have a Zip lock bag with your child’s name on it in their cubbies. The bag should have spare underwear, sox, shirt, pants, short, and a sweater or jacket when the weather changes. Please put your child’s name on everything.

Do not send your child with anything that you are afraid of loosing, for example; Jewelry.

Make sure they have closed toed shoes with rubber bottoms to play on the equipment, and that the clothing they have on can be comfortable to play in as well as get dirty.

Everyone student in the center is receiving a new enrollment form (green), influenza flyer (to sign & turn in), emergency form (purple), dance form and some computer forms (VPK only students). Please return them by the due dates on the top. Please put a mark on every line. We are more than willing to help you with these. Mrs. Stephan and Mrs. Hall are notaries for your convenience.

DO NOT just put the forms on the desk- we need to go over them with you.

Remember-Wash, wash, wash your hands!!!
