(8:50-12:10pm)* All Children ages 3 and up in pull-ups/diapers add $10 ** Multi-Child Discount - $10 OFF each additional child's tuition VPK INFORMATION:
:: Full Day/Half Day - Includes lunch, snacks, dance and Computer tots - No supply fees
:: VPK Only - Includes am snack, dance and Computer tots - No registration or supply fees
:: VPK - Rates apply only during subsidized weeks. Regular tuition applys during non-subsidized weeks. Florida State attendance rules must be followed in order to be subsidized.
ANNUAL WEE DANCE REGISTRATION FEE: $50.00 - One Child OR $75.00 – Family.
Payable by September 1st or upon registration. A Year-end family show is INCLUDEDACTIVITY/SUPPLY FEE: A $30 fee will be assessed to each child’s account on October 1st and March 1st to offset costs for special events and field trips held periodically throughout the year. This does NOT apply to VPK. Photos NOT included.
VACATION RATES: Up to 2 weeks per school year at no cost. Unless documented family emergency or death, two week prior notification is required … otherwise normal tuition charges will apply.

Before/After School
After School IN-SERVICE/EARLY RELEASE DAYS: No additional charge for any child in one of the After Care Programs. Before Care only add $15 for In-Service and $10 for Early Release days. Field trips included.
WINTER HOLIDAY/SPRING BREAK: Children may use Vacation credits to avoid charges during these periods (see below). If attending, applicable PRESCHOOL TUITION rate will apply. Field trips included.
VACATION RATES: Up to 2 weeks during Elementary School Year at no cost. Children enrolling in the Oakhurst Summer Camp Program will be permitted 2 additional no cost weeks during that Program period. Unless documented family emergency or death, two week prior notification is required…otherwise normal tuition charges will apply.
SUMMER BREAK: Child may withdraw until Fall OR sign-up for the Oakhurst Learning Center fun filled Oakhurst
Summer Camp Program. Summer Camp will qualify as continuous enrollment.

Miscellaneous Fees
REGISTRATION FEE: $50.00 - One Child OR $75.00 – Family. One-time fee if children continuously enrolled.
THIS FEE SECURES YOUR ENROLLMENT AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE!
LATE PICKUP FEES: After 6 PM a late fee of $2.00 per minute (pay directly to caregivers with child)LATE PAYMENT: All payments due Monday of week care is provided. For each week payment is late, a $25 penalty will be assessed.
RETURNED CHECKS: First Occurrence - $25, Second Occurrence - $25- only Money Orders or Cash will be accepted thereafter for tuition payments.
